Connecting Kerridge's AGP to Magento for a digital transformation

With over one-hundred  years in the business, Leeuwerik is one of the Netherlands oldest and leading importer and wholesaler of structural and decorative sheet materials. Leeuwerik’s main warehouse spans over twenty-thousand square meters, inhabiting a diverse range of approximately three thousand different products. Their product range is separated between both decorative and structural sheet material, that varies in thickness, quality, design and processing options; that often contribute to high consumer demands.

Leeuwerik opted for Alumio’s integration software, in order to organize their future-proofed IT landscape and to connect their own logistics, that are needed to connect their ERP and digital software, which completely transformed their business digitally. Therefore, bridging the gap between an importer and wholesaler that facilitates bringing orders, services and cut-to-size processes from their warehouse straight to their customers doorsteps.  

Solution & Reasoning
By connecting Leeuwerik’s ERP Kerridge (formally known as AGP) to Magento 2, data entities such as products, stocks, customers, deliveries and orders are transformed, as well as B2B customer specific prices. Subsequently, Leeuwerik’s customers are able to relish in the ability to order at any given time (24 hours a day) with real time insights on their pricing agreements. Integrations have been carried out for orders via the  SOAP API of Kerridge (AGP), which allows wholesalers to manage all aspects of business, within one central  portal/hub. From stock control and sales orders, to delivery management and accounting – everything is monitored to ensure real time insights are enforced to aid a seamlessly data-driven business/platform.
