Yotpo connector template

At Alumio we have standard integrations available, allowing you to quickly connect two applications with each other. We have expanded this list of connector templates with Yotpo.

Yotpo is a service for gathering user-generated content, such as product reviews and Q&A widgets for the various products across a store. Using a service such as Yotpo allows a Merchant to smoothly setup a way to collect valuable user-generated content. In order for this service to work as intended, Yotpo requires that certain entities are synchronized from an e-commerce platform. Those entities are the orders and the products. The orders are used to send customers a review request email upon purchase, or after a set delay, depending on the configuration. Products are required to enable the powerful marketing tools Yotpo has to offer.

Instead of connecting an e-commerce platform with a module installed within your platform, merchants are encouraged to use the API to make these kind of transactions. The API serves as a contract between two parties in which agreements are made regarding the storage and transferal of data. Alumio utilizes these contracts to move data across these applications.
