“Offload the Magento Platform and continuously import high volumes of orders into SAP ECC.”

Body & Fit, the leading European Sports Nutrition Brand based in The Netherlands, ships over a million orders every year. With their popular products and excellent customer service that Body & Fit provides, a reliable connection was needed between their commerce platform Magento and SAP ERP.

Alumio was chosen to process their Magento Orders to the SAP ECC connector. SAP ECC is SAP’s ERP Central Component (formerly known as SAP R/3) and it is one of the key assets of the SAP Business Suite.

With a highly successful Magento Commerce site, orders needed to be seamlessly synced into SAP ECC. Being able to apply to the high standards and processes of SAP, Alumio needed to temporarily store data and transform several aspects of the order data that comes from Magento to comply with the data requirements of SAP.

Solution partner MediaCT and SAP business consultants collaborated on this project, delivering a smooth and stable data route between both systems. With this integration, Body & Fit is able to provide up to date and accurate data for management and financial purposes, which will help them in realizing their future ambitions.
