Why it matters

Go-live depends on every connection, not just the new system.

Most projects start with one connection in mind: SAP or Dynamics 365 to the warehouse, Business Central to the webshop, AFAS or Exact Online to a key customer's EDI. By go-live, all of them have to work at once. Alumio is the integration platform (iPaaS) that runs every connection in one place, built and tested together.

Customers like you

What one integration layer delivers

What these companies connected before go-live.

Wholesale

Connect customer-specific prices, stock, and EDI orders to your portal and webshop before go-live.

Orders and stock synced with suppliers

  • Exact Online
  • Shopware
  • Sales Layer
  • Snowflake

Maxilia runs Shopware, Exact Online, Sales Layer, its CRM, and its suppliers through the Alumio integration platform. Stock updates and order handling with suppliers run automatically, and if something goes wrong, Alumio flags the error in real time.

Distribution

Connect orders, stock, prices, and product data across your ERP, warehouse, and sales channels before cutover.

Price and product changes reach every channel

  • Custom ERP
  • Akeneo
  • Adobe Commerce

B&S keeps its ERP, Akeneo PIM, and Adobe Commerce in sync across every sales channel, using the Alumio integration platform. Tasks that once took weeks now take days, and business users can also monitor and adjust data flows themselves, without waiting on developers.

Manufacturing

Connect product data and orders across your ERP, MES, PLM, and EDI partners before go-live.

25 scattered applications on one integration layer

  • Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Shopware
  • SRC
  • Smart Stone

Supported by partner Sinsou, Morssinkhof uses the Alumio integration platform to connect and synchronise 25 previously scattered applications, from Dynamics 365 F&O and Shopware to its SRC PIM and Smart Stone. Alumio checks stock for around 5,000 products every 15 minutes, and webshop orders flow into the ERP automatically.

why one layer

Where go-live dates slip

The risk is rarely one connection. It's all of them together, on one deadline.

01
The problem

Connections are built one by one

Each one custom, each one a new dependency.

The fix

Connect them in one place, where you can see what runs, who changed what, and when.

02
The problem

Go-live waits for the last connection

One missing link at cutover, and the whole go-live slips.

The fix

Test the connections together before cutover, so go-live doesn't wait for the last one.

03
The problem

After go-live, nobody sees what fails

Until a customer calls.

The fix

Monitoring and alerts show you when a connection fails, before your customers notice.

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Integration Platform-ipaas-slider-right
What is ERP integration?

ERP integration connects your ERP to the other systems your business runs on, such as your warehouse system, CRM, PIM, the EDI links with customers and suppliers, and your webshop or B2B portal. Orders, prices, stock, and product data then move between them automatically, in real time or on a schedule.

How do you connect SAP, Business Central, AFAS, or another new ERP to your warehouse, CRM, and webshop?

Connect the ERP once to one integration layer, and connect your warehouse system, CRM, PIM, EDI partners, and webshop or B2B portal to that same layer. Ready-made connectors and custom integrations both run on it.

Integration Platform-ipaas-slider-right
We're halfway through the project. Is it too late?

No. You can bring connections onto one integration layer at any point, starting with the ones your go-live depends on. Legacy systems and custom integrations connect to the same layer, so old and new run in parallel while you migrate one connection at a time.

Integration Platform-ipaas-slider-right
Who builds the integrations, and can our own team manage them after go-live?

Your own IT team or agency, or a partner from our network of implementation partners and system integration specialists. After go-live, Alumio is low-code and config-first: your team configures mappings, rules, and changes in forms instead of writing code. When configuration can't express a requirement, developers can write JavaScript in the Code Transformer, inside the same platform. Every change is versioned and logged, so you can see who changed what, and you're not dependent on one developer or vendor.
