Fresh Dynamics B.V. is a software implementation company based in the Netherlands, certified to deliver complete solutions for Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). They specialize in developing customizations and add-ons that are unavailable in the standard ERP environment.
Founded in 2008 by Gert Geurtsen and Henk van Laar, Fresh Dynamics has spent over 15 years in technical, functional, and business consultancy in the Dynamics AX and 365 space while specializing in enabling Dynamics 365 F&O integrations. Apart from working with IT partners like Alumio to deliver connectors and custom integrations for Dynamics 365, they also deliver Purchase-to-Pay solutions and Magento/Adobe Commerce integrations.
As integration partners, combining Fresh Dynamics' expertise with the Alumio integration platform helps simplify and speed up ERP integrations for businesses across industries. Most notably, Alumio and Fresh Dynamics have developed a unique and “dynamic” Connector called the API Plugin for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (aka Finance & Supply Chain Management). The plugin enables two times faster integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and e-commerce solutions. Apart from this, the collaboration helps solve several other ERP integration challenges, such as enabling the real-time processing of large sales orders from the e-commerce platform into Dynamics 365 F&O via the Alumio integration platform.
A great case study for the Alumio and Fresh Dynamics partnership is our joint integration project with Zorgboodschap, popular Dutch business that delivers groceries, diet meals, and household items to healthcare organizations. They needed to renew their ICT landscape by connecting their legacy ERP system to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, which they then needed to integrate with their Shopware e-commerce platform.
To ensure all their other systems were integrated as well, Zorgboodschap was looking for a low-code iPaaS solution and discovered Alumio. Fresh Dynamics helped them implement the Alumio API Plugin for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. This enabled them to integrate their ERP and e-commerce systems swiftly and seamlessly via the Alumio integration platform. The plugin and integration platform have enabled real-time data exchange for orders, prices, and stock information while processing tens of thousands of orders.
Fresh Dynamics & Alumio are currently working on implementing the API Plugin for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O for new customers and creating business-specific ERP to e-commerce integrations. The development of new features for the API Plugin include the Set Product feature, which simplifies moving new products from a PIM solution into the ERP. We’re also exploring the possibilities of creating features to simplify EDI integrations with Dynamics 365 F&O via Alumio. In other words, the future of the Fresh Dynamics & Alumio partnership remains promising and, most certainly, dynamic.
